Do you deliver to Hamilton and Cambridge?

Yes. We deliver fresh milk in reusable bottles and pails across Hamilton, Cambridge, the wider Waikato region, and more. You can learn more about delivery options on our Office Delivery page at /office-delivery.

Do you supply cafés in Auckland?

Yes. We deliver to cafés, restaurants, and hospitality businesses across Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Auckland. You can explore milk tap solutions on the Milk Taps page at /milk-taps.

How does the glass bottle return system work?

You receive your delivery or purchase from a stockist in reusable glass bottles, enjoy the milk, and return the empty bottles. If you received an office delivery, we will pick up the empty bottles when we next deliver. If you purchased from a stockist, simply return your empty bottle to them. We wash, sterilise, and reuse the bottles at our on-farm factory. You can read more about the full circular model on our Sustainability page at /sustainability.

Where can I buy Kaipaki Dairies milk?

You can find a list of retailers that sell our milk on the Our Milk page at /our-milk, under the "Find a Retailer" section.

What is barista-grade milk?

Barista-grade milk is lightly homogenised milk that performs consistently during texturing, and complements our milk taps. It produces smooth microfoam and stable pours, which makes it ideal for high volume café service. You can learn more on the Our Milk page at /our-milk.

How do your milk taps work?

Our stainless-steel taps connect directly to reusable 10L or 20L pails stored in your fridge. We deliver the milk and collect the empties, which are then washed and refilled on the farm. You can see the full process on the Milk Taps page at /milk-taps.

Is glass bottle milk more sustainable?

Yes. Every bottle returned is reused many times which supports the prevention of production of single use plastic. You can explore the full circular system on the Sustainability page at /sustainability.

Is your milk pasteurised?

Yes. Our milk is pasteurised. You can learn about our process on the Farm and Process page at /farm-and-process.

Do you offer milk for offices or workplaces?

Yes. We provide weekly milk delivery to offices and businesses across Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Auckland, and more. Learn more at /office-delivery.

Can I visit the farm?
