A fully on farm system

Everything we do happens right here at Kaipaki. Milking, pasteurising, bottling, washing, and distribution all take place on the farm. With complete control over the entire process, we can ensure freshness, traceability, and consistent quality.

Beyond real milk and sustainable packaging, thousands of native trees have been planted on the farm, supporting biodiversity and helping maintain healthy soils.

Minimal processing for real milk

Our milk travels straight from the milking shed to the factory through a stainless steel underground pipe. The milk is minimally processed with nothing added and nothing taken away to preserve creaminess.

  • Bottled milk remains non homogenised for natural texture
  • Pail milk is lightly homogenised and complements our milk tap system. It's a great option if you require premium milk in bulk

So you get whole milk in every pour, great flavour, natural creaminess, and a format that suits how you use it.

Operating under New Zealand Food Safety regulations with regular audits. Our processes follow strict food safety standards set by the Ministry for Primary Industries.
